Skill Transition and Training
Transitioning service members may require new skill sets. Aalis provides veterans access to continuing education initiatives. One such initiative is the DOD SkillBridge Program, offering service members valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the final 180 days of service.
Aalis employs numerous veterans and their spouses and provides them with access to professional development. We partner with third-party providers to offer certifications in areas such as Project Management (PMP), Data Analytics, Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM), Robotic Process Automation, Cybersecurity (CISSP, CEH), ITIL, and more.
