The honor was presented as Aalis deepens its local footprint — building on the company’s federal program management, acquisition, and digital transformation work while leaning further into Prince William’s economic development priorities.

In Ebony’s words

“This is such an amazing recognition,” said Wilkins at the ceremony. “We’re excited to be part of the family essentially, and we look forward to growing within the county and being able to better support.”

Wilkins highlighted Aalis’s federal experience as a fit for the county’s modernization roadmap: “We’re looking forward to really understanding the budget. We see where you’re going, where you’re growing — tourism, performance metrics, procurement modernization — all the great things. We want to be a player. We want to help you get there.”

“We have the experience that we’ve built on a federal scale, where we’re able to deliver excellence,” she added. “So we look forward to just being a major player in the area and supporting.”

A bigger 2026 for Aalis

The recognition arrives alongside a broader 2026 for Aalis — including the firm’s ranking on the Washington Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work and its joint venture under the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program.
