Our Story

Aalis Management Consulting was founded with a singular mission: to bring the discipline, integrity, and commitment of military service to the federal consulting space. Our founder, Ebony Wilkins, a U.S. Army veteran, recognized a gap between what agencies needed and what traditional consulting firms delivered.

Today, Aalis provides expert consulting services across four core pillars, Acquisition & Procurement, Financial Management, Digital Transformation, and Program Management, to both federal and civilian agencies. Our team combines deep federal expertise with a veteran-committed culture that values mission accomplishment above all else.

As an 8(a) certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), we bring both the credentials and the capability to deliver results on the most demanding federal programs.
