Aalis Management Consulting has been ranked #1,008 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc.’s annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. It is the company’s third consecutive year on the list, earned on 346% revenue growth over three years.
Within the 2026 list, Aalis also ranked #29 in Government Services, #35 in Virginia, and #37 in the Washington–Arlington–Alexandria, DC-VA-MD-WV metro area.
The Inc. 5000 ranks companies on percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. A single appearance signals a strong run; three in a row signals something harder to manufacture, which is growth that holds up after the easy wins are behind you. Aalis first appeared at #294 in 2024, followed by #369 in 2025, and now #1,008 in 2026, on a revenue base substantially larger than the one it started from.
That growth traces back to the work itself. Over the last two years Aalis has expanded its federal footprint across acquisition and procurement, financial management, digital transformation, and program management, adding and extending work with the Department of the Air Force CIO, DHS Customs and Border Protection, the Smithsonian Institution, and other federal and civilian customers. In 2026 the company also stood up Aalis Resources Group, LLC, a joint venture with Contracting Resources Group under the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program, and completed the Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) INTERNATIONAL Program.
The 2026 Inc. 5000 recognition joins a run of honors over the same period: the 2026 Inc. 5000 Regionals: Mid-Atlantic (#36) and 2025 Regionals (#8), Inc.’s 2026 Vet100 in partnership with IVMF, the 2026 Washington Business Journal Best Places to Work (#20), and the 2024 Inc. Best Workplaces list.
