Logistics support

Aalis provided lifecycle management support for the Army PMO Biometrics program. The team conducted asset management tracking and recordings in DPAS and utilized GCSS-ARMY to maintain accountability of assets. They also created MROs to track BAT-A related equipment and others from the beginning to the end of their life cycle. Additionally, the team created Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) to ensure that products were being properly maintained and accounted for from “Cradle-to-Grave”.  Aalis team also implemented comprehensive processes to ensure that the program office was audit-ready.
