Budget Execution

Budget Execution. Manage portfolios of 6 programs, assisting in managing spend plans through the budget execution process. Utilized GFEBS to create Spend Plans, Zero-Based Budgets, Obligation Plans, Unliquidated Obligations reports, MIPRs and PRs in support of portfolios. Tracked Directorate contracts and engage with Contracting Officer to ensure they remained on track. Created funding reports within GFEBS to provide to stakeholders, keeping them abreast on status of funds. Created/conducted briefings and presentations to provide stakeholders with updates pertaining to their perspective programs.
