Acquisition Support Services for Government Contracts

Aalis Team provides acquisition support services to the Procurement Directorate’s Contracting Officers in all aspects of the acquisition process, including acquisition planning, contract pre-award, cost and price analysis, contract management and administration, and procurement policy. Aalis supports and executes all cradle to grave actions of the contracting process and shall have knowledge of and experience with various contract types, to include but not limited to, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, Cost-Type contracts, Time-and-Materials (T&M) contracts, and Fixed-Price contracts. In addition to these work areas, Aalis will assist program managers, contracting officers (CO) and/or designees in developing solutions and recommendations addressing acquisition and contract related matters. Aalis shall also have knowledge of Federal and agency laws, regulations, and procedures applicable to the acquisition process and to the award and administration of DHS/CBP contracts.
