NAVY NSWC IHEODTD – Academic Instructor Instruction
Aalis played a crucial role in defining the Training Development Cycle and conducted inquiries to determine the training needs of NSWC IHEODTD. Based on the analysis, the execution of training included several actions, such as creating and updating training material in accordance with Government standards, providing classroom and web-based training to support the implementation of new technologies and methods, offering web-based training modules for refresher courses, providing web-based, virtualized modeling and simulation training to ensure advanced utilization and competency of technologies, offering tools and capabilities to evaluate and document training/exercise events aimed at educating, practicing operations, techniques, and procedures, and enhancing interoperability. Additionally, instruction based on university-based curriculum, such as Project Management and Risk Management, was also provided.
