Program Management Support

Program Management Support Services include verbal instructions from the Chief, Blood Services and BDC leadership; WRNMMC policies and procedures; Service blood program policies and procedures; installation and facility policies and procedures; accrediting, certifying, and regulatory agency requirements; technical publications; and standards of practice throughout the blood bank industry. Maintains a program of donor motivation and education to ensure vigorous support of the WRNMMC Blood Program. Overage of special events, emergency blood drives, and donor appreciation ceremonies, providing supporting Coordinates efforts with WRNMMC and command Public Affairs/Marketing Office to organize media materials as required. Plans and manages a donor incentive program that is designed to encourage continued donations and provide recognition for donors within the guidelines of each Service and military installations.
