Cost Estimation. Provides, develop and maintain cost estimating models; conduct life cycle, return on investment, and cost benefit analysis; review cost estimated submitted by systems integrators; support cost estimating drills; and develop other cost documents as required. Provided expertise in the use of ACEIT application in support of Life Cycle Cost Modeling, Analyses to support Business Case Analysis (BCA), Return on Investment (ROI), etc. Additionally, the team created Milestone Review Documentation, based on the approved Milestone Decision Authority (MDA). Advised and created on WBS (work breakdown structure), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), and assisted in the development of Acquisition strategies for the Program Office. Our team focuses on the probability and accuracy of the cost estimating tools used to ensure the numbers provided are within a feasible Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) through their due diligence and extensive research. Through consistent dialogue with the government on the requirements of the program, the analysts have the ability to identify potential problems and recommend process changes to improve organizational efficiency. Our team members possess the knowledge and fortitude to prepare the programs from Research and Development and/or Procurement through Sustainment.
Procurement Analyst. Providing Government Purchase Card (P-Card) support. Compiling documentation including Market Research for purchases under $10,000. Completed P-Card Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for distribution. Provided support to Acquisition team in preparing IGCE’s, Statement of Work (SOW), Justification and Approval documents.
